Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

ReforgeAI is a product of SoCalRolling LLC. By accessing or using ReforgeAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all gym owners, staff members, and gym members who use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ReforgeAI provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for gym and fitness business management, including member management, scheduling, billing, communications, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a gym owner account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Gym owner accounts are billed on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Platform
• Use the Platform to spam or harass users

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Gym owners are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their members to collect and process member data through the Platform.

7. Payments Processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. ReforgeAI is not responsible for errors or issues caused by Stripe's platform.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by ReforgeAI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReforgeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before deletion, during which you may request an export.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
